Return Policy

Here at True Fire Diamonds, we make it our main priority to deliver a product that will be cherished by our clients.   However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day grace period to return your jewelry for a 100% money back guarantee.

1. If you should return or exchange an item, please wrap the item for return and invoice in the Pad Pak and seal.   Then simply reseal the Pad Pak, enclose it in any cardboard box, and tape the package shut .
2. With the shipping company of your choice and the package fully insured , send it to our return address.   Refunds will be done in the same payment method as the original purchase.   Once processed, you will receive an email notification.   Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.   Shipping is non-refundable .

For exchanges, please include the new item number you would like to exchange for on your invoice, and complete the same directions for our return policy.   All returned merchandise must be as new and undamaged as it is in its original condition.
